Using Booking Tree

These terms apply to your Booking Tree account and use of our booking platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and using the service lawfully. Businesses are responsible for the services they offer, their booking policies and their use of customer information. A booking with a business is also subject to that business's terms.

Account and service emails

By signing up, you acknowledge that Booking Tree may email you at the address associated with your account to provide and administer the service. These messages may include email verification, account setup instructions, booking confirmations and reminders, payment and billing notices, security alerts, support replies and important changes to the service or these terms.

Necessary account and service emails are separate from marketing. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages needed to operate your account, fulfil a booking, protect security or meet legal obligations.

Marketing emails

Booking Tree may send you marketing emails about our products and services, including new features, offers, promotions and tips for growing your business, where you have consented or applicable law otherwise permits us to do so.

Where consent is required, it must be given separately and voluntarily. Creating an account or accepting these terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing emails, and marketing consent is not a condition of using Booking Tree.

Where the law permits an existing-customer exception (sometimes called a soft opt-in), we may market our own similar products or services only if its requirements are met, including an opportunity to opt out when your email address is collected and in each subsequent marketing email.

You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in the email or by contacting support@bookingtree.io. We will respect your withdrawal of consent or objection to direct marketing.

Plans and payments

The price, billing frequency and features of your selected plan are shown when you subscribe. Review those details before purchasing. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or data protection law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the current version here and notify you of material changes where required. Updating these terms does not create marketing consent for existing users.
